Every rep you've ever done. Every mile you've run. Every hour hunched over your desk. Your body remembers all of it and right now, it's showing.
Rolling out of bed takes actual strategy
Carrying groceries up the stairs wipes you out for an hour
Your legs feel like concrete pillars by the end of the day
You've tried everything: Foam rolling. YouTube stretches. Ibuprofen. Hoping it goes away. It didn't work. Because you're treating symptoms, not the actual problem.
Chris Maggi helps you undo the damage.

Before competition: loosen what's tight, activate what's weak. After: flush the waste, repair the damage, improve recovery time.

Dry Cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses suction cups placed on the skin to create negative pressure. This gentle vacuum effect lifts the tissue, helping to increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and promote natural healing.
Unlike massage, which applies pressure downward into the muscles, dry cupping lifts and decompresses the tissue, making it especially effective for tight, stagnant areas. It can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from muscle fatigue.
Temporary circular marks may appear after treatment—these are not bruises, but signs of increased circulation—and typically fade within a few days.

IASTM Therapy (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) is a specialized treatment that uses stainless steel tools to gently glide over the skin and target restricted or damaged soft tissue. The instruments help detect and treat areas of scar tissue, adhesions, and chronic muscle tightness.
This technique stimulates blood flow, promotes tissue healing, and improves mobility by breaking down fascial restrictions. It is commonly used for conditions such as tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, shoulder pain, and post-injury rehabilitation.
IASTM may cause mild redness as circulation increases, but treatments are controlled, precise, and designed to support faster recovery and improved movement.
